The HV/MV supervisor will support the EPCI Contractors towards achieving their commissioning activities through the project construction final stages and give advice, instructions and supervision ensuring safety from the High/Medium Voltage electrical system and protection system are achieved.
As a Site Based Mechanical, Electrical & Piping MEP Engineer, you will be part of the Onshore Substation Execution Team on the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project. Reporting directly to the Package Manager Onshore Substation and seconded to the EPCI Contactor supporting them to deliver MEP Installation onsite.
As the Operations Lead – CLV works, you will be part of the Cables team of the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project and provide essential support to the Cable T&I package across all disciplines with special focus on the daily operations of the Cable Installation and Transport Vessels.

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Hai Long HR department in various areas of human resources, ensuring that all HR-related activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
As the EPCI Analyst / Engineer, you will support the EPC Director in leading the technical execution of the Hai Long Offshore Wind project - the biggest offshore wind farm to date in APAC. You will be based at our office in Taipei, Taiwan and report directly to the EPCI Director.
As the WTG Pre-Assembly Engineer, you will be part of the WTG Package team of the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project. You will be based at the pre-assembly site in Taichung Port, Taiwan and report to the WTG Fabrication and Pre-Assembly Manager.
The Performance Engineer will manage the performance of key contractual deliverables, ensuring that all key performance indicators are monitored, data interfaces are established including technical performance monitoring and analysis.
The Performance Engineer is responsible to establish and support the highest level of automation for reporting.
The Permit & Environmental E&S Manager is responsible for providing expert and
professional advice and guidance to the project on all permit, consent, environmental and
social related matters.
The Permit & Environmental E&S Manager actively manages and executes all the required activities to ensure full project compliance with permits, consents, commitments, towards the relevant governmental authorities, contractors, LESA, and the lenders according to the CTA.
As a Senior Project Planner, you will be part of the Project Management Office & EPCI team of the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project and will report directly to the Planning Manager and Package Directors. You’ll be based at the Project offices in Taipei, with travel to the Onshore Substation site offices in Changhua required 2 days per week until Q2-2025.
The Site Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing long-, medium-, and short-term integrated site plans / annual O&M plan and schedules for all onshore and offshore operations.
The Offshore Rep is responsible for managing offshore Operations, BoP scheduled service and maintenance and on-site project management. This includes the management of WTG, BOP, and other Contractors / third parties and alignment with the Contract Manager/Technical Managers.
Reporting to the Construction Engineering Manager, the Project Surveyor will work with the EPCI packages to ensure all offshore assets are installed to contractual requirements. This will include frequent site visits during vessel mobilisations, and trips offshore during the construction phase.
